We are keen to hear from West End professionals who are passionate about helping the future generation of musical theatre performers. All roles are paid and we will of course give coaching and guidance as to what is required.

You will need to give audition technique/performance feedback to the contestants as well as select performers to progress through to the next round so a fair, consistent and friendly approach is needed. We are looking for people with great communication skills and the ability to inspire the students and entertain the audience!
