JUDGES
We are keen to hear from West End professionals who are passionate about helping the future generation of musical theatre performers. All roles are paid and we will of course give coaching and guidance as to what is required.You will need to give audition technique/performance feedback to the contestants as well as select performers to progress through to the next round so a fair, consistent and friendly approach is needed. We are looking for people with great communication skills and the ability to inspire the students and entertain the audience!

JOIN THE WEC TEAM
We're looking for engaging, friendly and responsible people to work our event days as part of the WEC team to ensure the young people have a positive and safe experience. We're keen to hear from anyone over the age of 18 with experience working with young people. We need proactive, enthusiastic and reliable people to chaperone the performers, assist with microphones, speak to parents and support the young people before their auditions and performances.

We're looking for friendly, proactive and reliable people to work our event days as part of our team. Suitable applicants must have a DBS and can be based anywhere in the UK. These roles are all paid and will be on weekends.
